1. Informational use only

Terrachek provides property-risk information compiled from public government sources. Reports are for general informational purposes only and are not a certified flood determination, a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, or insurance, legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it, and should consult licensed professionals for transactional or regulatory decisions.

2. No warranty

The service is provided “as is.” Source data (FEMA, EPA, US Census) may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, and upstream availability is outside our control. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law and are not liable for decisions made based on a report.

3. Accounts & billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew until canceled. You may cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period. You agree to respect the rate limits and acceptable use of the underlying public data sources.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to scrape, resell, or redistribute the underlying public datasets in bulk, or in any way that violates the terms of FEMA, EPA, or the US Census Bureau.

5. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
