What we collect

Account information (name, email) when you sign up; the addresses you look up and the properties you monitor; and standard operational logs. Payment details are handled by Stripe — we never store card numbers.

How we use it

To generate and cache property reports, to monitor saved properties and send you change alerts, to operate billing, and to keep the service reliable. We query official public APIs (FEMA, EPA, US Census) with the address you enter to compose a report.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service (e.g. our database host, Stripe for billing, Resend for email). We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can delete monitored properties at any time and request account deletion by contacting support. Caching of public report data may persist for the report's TTL.
